STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Part of this proforma invoice are our “Standard Terms and Conditions” ; of SGM DOGAL TEKSTIL SAN.ve DIS TIC. LTD STI. (bda Lalay ) and Buldano, LLC ( dba Buldano) written expand and are valid exclusively:

   PAYMENT:

• In case the consignee is different than the payer, please indicate clearly to avoid any confusion and safe receipt of payment.
• All amounts are net of any bank transfer fees or charges. Means all bank transfer charges belong to payer. You could pay by T/T or credit card. Payment by credit card has no extra charge.
• Our company reserves the right of adjusting the shipment quantity to compensate short payments.
• Orders are accepted only after the 50% advance payment of the total invoice amount is received. (This could be changed depending on the volume of the order)
• Orders cannot be dispatched unless the due balance is closed.
• Orders paid but not collected within 2 months after our delivery notice will be cancelled without refund.
• Terms cannot be modified after the order is accepted with 50% deposit.

   DELIVERY

• The delivery term of the orders is 6-8 weeks. In case of any natural disaster, war or unaccepted economic situation, the delivery times could be changed.
• As a result of handcraft production, short delivery and over delivery could be possible in + / – 3%. In these situations, a credit invoice is prepared for the Buyer to use in the next order, the money transferred will not be paid back.
  
  SPECIAL POINTS

• Slight imperfections are typical of the natural materials, defining a truly unique piece.
  Also, +/ – 3% difference between the dimensions of the items could be possible.
• Any objection for the items received should be made by the Buyer, within 15 days after the order is received. Our company will not be liable from the defective items after this period unless the two parties are mutually agreed.
• The proforma which is not confirmed and 50% paid in 3 month becomes barred, the prices might undergo changes
• Since the items are hand-woven, Even the delivery date is noted on the order, the seller still have right to ship your order 4 weeks delayed.
  
  CANCELLATION
• Lalay | Buldano products are made-to-order so cannot be cancelled after 5 business days of order paid or signed.
• Unless otherwise specified on the order and signed by both parties, orders cannot be cancelled after 5 business days.
• You may cancel your order in 5 business days without any reason. After 5 business days, you can cancel your order with 50% cancellation fee. Both parties should have a written agreement for the cancellation fee.

 

Above conditions shall be deemed to have accepted by the Buyer at the time we receive the down payment.
