RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us via e-mail or contact page within 15 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
* If you already paid for shipping, you are eligible to request a return label.
* We do not provide a return label if you already used a free shipping promotion.
Merchandise that has been
– tags cut / removed
will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Sometimes it’s ok to change your mind. If your product is in like new condition (i.e. still in original packaging, unused and not altered in any way), you may exchange your product for a different style or color. Please note though that you will still be subject to a shipping fee for your exchange.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
We use UPS for world-wide wholesale parcels.

Mostly we use USPS but depends on the order quantity you will receive your shipment via UPS. You will receive an email including detailed info with tracking with your order.
Please contact us for shipping rates to international addresses.
We have $5.75 flat shipping rate for all retail orders.
You will be informed at checkout if there will be a shipping special.
