How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us via e-mail or contact page within 15 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund/exchange.
Buldano does not provide a return label

Merchandise that has been
– used
– altered
– tags cut / removed
will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges
It’s ok to change your mind. If your product is in like new condition (i.e. still in original packaging, unused and not altered in any way), you may exchange your product for a different style or color. Please note though that you will still be subject to a shipping fee for your exchange.

Bag it up
Make sure you pack and seal your item! Damaged items can be an issue during the return or exchange process.
Drop it off
Pack your return or exchange item and drop it to your local UPS, Fedex or USPS location
